Position Overview
Benson Hyundai is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career with a respected dealership group.
We are especially looking to add a Spanish-speaking Sales Associate to better serve our growing Hispanic customer base and continue delivering an outstanding experience to every guest who walks through our doors.
Whether you have automotive experience or are new to the industry, we provide the training, support, and tools needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and help guide them to the right vehicle.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and technology clearly.
- Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stay up to date on Hyundai products, incentives, and dealership promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
